City Vision Ministries (CVM) Mission is "to grow, healthy, sustainable urban  
neighborhoods". CVM has collaborated with Strawberry Hill Neighborhood  
Association for the past seven years to plan and execute the plan called  
Strawberry Hill Neighborhood Development.  The first of these developments,  
5th Street East, is a five unit set of Townhomes. Another focus of the plan  
is to improve the infrastructure along 5th Street.  Due to the partnership  
of the Unified Government, the Neighborhood Association, and CVM 5th Street  
now has new streets, curbs, sidewalks, street lights, trees and catch  basins.  
The construction of 5th Street East town homes began November 1, 2007, please 
take a look at the floor plans and the amenities that this community has to offer.
